Benchmarks: Noise

High temperatures in a small PC are a recipe for lots of noise, and it's a shame as the ROG G20CI begins life as a quiet little machine. You can barely hear it when idle, but put all available CPU cores to work and it becomes frustratingly loud. It's noisy when gaming, too, and the fan profiles are inconsistent - noise output fluctuates quite often, making it all the more noticeable.

Is the level of noise a deal breaker? Well, a gamer with a good set of headphones may never notice it, yet I wouldn't be comfortable using the G20CI in the living room.
