The results on this page suggest that CPU temperature could easily be lowered a couple of degrees. Instead, Scan has opted to keep noise levels down to an absolute minimum. You can barely hear the system when it's idle, it doesn't get noticeably louder when the CPU is stressed, and you only tend to hear it when the GPU fans spin into action. 3XS Vengeance RTX Ti is impressively quiet, but we'd be tempted to loosen the fan profiles in order to reduce CPU temps.
