Review: Scan 3XS Gamer 1660 Ti

We consider a reading of less than 30db to be close to silent, less than 35dB quiet, while over 40dB is starting to get loud. The 3XS Gamer 1660 Ti is quiet enough most of the time, but the graphics card does become noticeable when gaming. It's a shame that of the GTX 1660 Ti cards we've seen thus far, none have a 0dB mode that switches the fans off at idle.
