GeForce RTX 3060 may be the baby of the RTX 30 Series bunch, yet there's plenty of power on offer here for gaming at FHD and, potentially, QHD resolutions.
Testing a trio of titles reveals the Quartz Elite R to be a capable gaming PC. A 1080p panel with a high refresh rate and adaptive sync would be an ideal partner, though 1440p isn't outside the realms of possibility. Even Dirt 5, with raytraced shadows, is able to maintain in excess of 60 frames per second at the QHD resolution. 4K UHD, as expected, is asking too much for this level of hardware.
