The number-crunching PiFast test relies heavily on single-core clock speed, and though Chillblast's 4.3GHz overclock is modest, performance as expected is very good.

Cinebench puts every available CPU core to work, and in this test the premium Intel processors with hyper-threading rule the roost (the Core i7-3770K in PC Specialist's Vanquish XT-680 being an example).

Chillblast has chosen strong individual components, and PCMark 7 shows that they come together to deliver excellent all-round performance. This particular benchmark uses a collection of workloads to measure system performance during typical desktop usage, and returns an overall score of 6,405 for the Fusion Stealth. An overclocked Ivy Bridge processor, 16GB of RAM, an Intel SSD and Microsoft's Windows 8 operating system is clearly a winning formula.
