Benchmarks: Temperature and Noise

To say that the liquid-cooling loop is working well would be an understatement. Whether it's the CPU or GPU working flat out, under-load temperature is kept well below 60ÂșC, which is a remarkable achievement in a chassis of this size.

Cooling performance is excellent, though there is one small proviso in the noise department. When idle, the system would register a fairly comfortable noise output of 36.4dB, but we did find the sound of the pump distracting. It isn't particularly loud, however with the system likely to be placed on top of a desk, there's a constant whine that's noticeable.

After prolonged gaming, noise levels rose to an audible 44.1dB, as the radiator fans spin-up to keep everything running cool. You can feel the hot air being exhausted from the top of the chassis, so you'd want to keep it clear of any obstruction.
