The Defcon 2's weak spot, we feel, is the 1TB mechanical hard disk. Though capacity is plentiful, speed and access time pales in comparison to an SSD, and this one component can make the entire rig feel sluggish at times. Users who are accustomed to a hard disk probably wouldn't notice, but if you've experienced an SSD, the Defcon 2 would feel like a backward step.
