Bought a Zoostorm PC at a low price. However the monitor arrived damaged (it was poorly packaged). Their customer service is one of the worst I have ever come across and is email only. They kept stalling me by asking the same questions over and over again and then refused to replace the monitor until I threatened legal action. I won't be using them again.

I don't know why my previous rating was removed but here we go again: A few months ago I purchased an Athlon X2 processor and a motherboard to go with it. Later it turns out the motherboard had a fault, but it took them THREE weeks to get the CPU back to me. It took a week and a couple of days after my initial inquiry just to receive the bloody RMA number. I had to send the goods back at MY expense, although to be fair they sent the CPU back at none further. There IS a phone number for them, but the person on the other end was not very helpful, nor did they sound like they wanted to be helpful. E-mails were not always replied to, and when they were they often took days to get back to me. I have ordered from PCND in the past, and to their credit, their prices are pretty good and they stock some things other retailers don't have. However the lack of phone support, a very sluggish-to-reply tech support team, and no willingness to send a courier out to collect faulty goods all add up to a horrendous support experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM PC NEXTDAY. Edit: Well, it took a while, but PCND DID refund me for the motherboard. Which is something, I suppose.

System shut down when doing demanding jobs like listening to music.... Took PCNextday 7 days to give me an RMA and then the courier failed to show up at the time stated. Since then, no reply to any emails and ther's no phone number to ring:worried: I've had to put the transaction into dispute with the credit card company to try and sort it out.

Bought a mainboard from these as Ebuyer were out of stock. It arrived really quickly, but it was a load of rubbish (and I mean packed within a load of shredded cardboard in a biscuit box)! RMA process was slow and I haven't received any return postage. Tech support responded to a query with a BS answer.

Ordered a TFT from them. Good price but slow delivery. Also ordered a DVI cable that turned out to be the wrong one. They took it back with no quibles and i got a full refund. Oh yea, I bought my 10/100 ethernet switch from them aswell.

Bought a Yeong Yang ATX case from PC Next Day, was only £27, exceptional build quality. Very well packaged and arrived promptly.
