Very poor customer service. The person I spoke to was unhelpful and actually quite rude. Avoid YOYOtech like the plague :mad::mad::mad: Definitely not customer oriented.

i bought 80% of my computer from them, only thing i ddint get was the case and motherboard and that was because they didnt have the ones i wanted in stock. most of the staff are nice enough but.... my computer had a serious fault and it was impossible to pin point so i had to bring it in. customers always right?, what ever happened to that? they made such a big deal out of small things, like for instance they refused to try to install windows (this was where it was crashing) as they would have to charge me for it. didnt want to test another drive, the excuse was that he might 'lose his job' i mean come on what a bunch of bullshit. and finally since none of the componants THEY sold me were faulty they charged me £45 and wouldnt even bother to confirm if it was indeed the motherboard that was at fault. it turns out the motherboard was at fault, if your going to charge me for checking the pc you could at least find the problem instead of giving an attitude about it. :mad:

Bought an Asus P5N32-E SLI Plus motherboard from YoYotech - died after 6 weeks and I sent it back. Was told by them that board was damaged by me and not under warranty.Told them that when board was sent back it was photographed and alleged damage was not there - therefore they damaged the board. Cannot get the board changed , they will not ring you back when they promise you that they will. Lousy customer service , staff tell porkies to you , and to cap it all off , the Motherboard they are advertising on the website as a P5N32-E SLI Plus is in fact the P5N32-E Sli - different chipset entirely

Well, i tried to buy what small components that were left for a friends build for their b.day. Apprently yoyo tech didnt accept my card and instead of calling or even simply emailing me they left it for me to realise when it was too late. When i called for an explanation the person wasnt very nice about it at all, not even an appology for something so simple - he just said "if a sale online doesnt go through we just delete it". Great customer service... :mad:

Ordered an Akasa Eclipse-62 on Sunday from YoYo. It was delivered on Tuesday but had a few scratches. So I emailed them and they told me that it wud get picked up on Friday and a new one wud be delivered aswell. Well today is Friday and it sure happened:) Thanx again for fixing the problem so quickly and hassle free, hope it stays like that;)

Brought memory from this company and found one set of faulty modules. I took back the set only to be told the usual BS. Basically give us £15 and we'll test it and then replace. Considering I'd just spent £400 on them I wouldn't have expected any problems. BUT nope, yes the memory has some problems but we'll have to send it away. But what about the set I could see on the shelf right? Surely they should be replaced with those? NOPE!!! These have to go back to the manufacturer/distributor and we'll get a replacement pair. And thats what happened. 2 weeks later I got another set.

Purchased a disk which the system had problems with right from the start. Their engineer tried to blame the motherboard, even thought I already had other SATA II 500GB Disks on it so obviously I needed a BIOS upgrade or else the device just isn't compatiable, well as far as he was concerned but then in my opinion the muppet (Sales Rep) knew squat and I avoid him like the plague if I have to go there. I left the disk with them, PAID the £15 fee for them to test and then went and brought a replacement elsewhere. They couldn't find any fault so got it back a while later and again it failed. Ended up sending it back to the manufacturer (Maxtor) who replaced it, and guess what, it had a fault. So yoyo - BYTE ME!!!

Found YOYOtech from Google search after SCAN Computers were unable to get my system chassis (SilverstoneTek SST-TJ09B) in stock. I was reaffirmed to buy from YOYOtech as I noticed they were also part of the HEXUS Trust. They had just the one SilverstoneTek SST-TJ09B left in stock, at a cheaper price than SCAN Computers. Registered on the website, bought my system chassis (and DVD-RW that SCAN Computers wasn't getting in stock for a week) on Friday, then shipped on Monday (couldn't go earlier as City Link doesn't do weekends) to City Link, and arrived on Tuesday.
