After 4 years of using ebuyer Ive never had a problem - used to use them for personal bits and now use them for business too, having spent well over £5k with them over the past few years on systeb bits - mobos, cpus, ram, laptop parts, cables, routers etc. I must admit Im not so fond of their use of Citylink for delivery (Ive also persoanlly used citylink as my courier and dropped them after 6 months of inconsistent service). Their packaging isnt usually top notch on sensitive parts so be careful when ordering hard drives and oem bits like CPUs, that said theyve never to this day sent me something faulty or items arrived damaged.

Bought 3 Samsung Spinpoint 160Gb hdds a couple of months ago from Savastore. They arrived in a courier bag inside a box with a single strip of thin (2cm!) foam. The box had openend itself during delivery and the hdds had clearly been flying around with no protection. They work but I wouldnt buy disk drives from them again if they dont even seal their packages properly. Also bought a CDRW from them a couple of years ago when they were Watford; apart from their own brand CDRs being incomptible, all was ok.
