I bought the new pioneer 108 DVD recorder, some DVDs and some blank CDs. They couldn\'t process the order for some reason that they never told me. I emailed them at least 5 times. No response except an automated email. I got hold of the customer services manager and emailed him twice - no response. After a week of messing around I cancelled my order and scan delivered them the next day with some free CDs!
A complained on their online complaints thing and got a rubbish response saying that because I had cancelled my order, they couldn\'t get in to the system to see what went wrong! Can you believe that!
Their customer support is clearly usless and they don\'t have a phone number to call them on. I don\'t think it\'s worth the risk using Dabs. What if they had sent me somthing that was broken or the wrong order - it would be too late for me to cancel and there was clearly nothing much I could do.
