PRESS RELEASE
Centerprise International boosts its high-end manufacturing position following the acquisition of the YOYOTech brand and certain related assets
Basingstoke, UK, 20 June 2013 Centerprise International announced today that they have acquired certain assets of Antech Direct Ltd (In Liquidation) - including the multi-award winning brand YOYOTech, which has long been associated with high quality customised PCs as well as setting several world records for PC performance. The news comes two weeks since Antech Direct went into Creditors voluntary liquidation.
Since the news broke of Antech Direct's liquidation earlier this month, the company was inundated with well- wishes from its enthusiastic customer base, which had been developed for more than a decade.
Centerprise International, recognised as one of the largest IT providers in the UK, believes the acquisition of YOYOTech's assets is a significant step forward for both parties. Garry Stevens, Group CEO of the growing Centerprise Group said: "YOYOTech, as a brand, has an excellent reputation across the channel and we are confident that with our backing it has the potential to get bigger and better".
