EIEF – Gamers get hands on

A big part of EIEF is the hands on sessions gamers can get with the latest console and PC titles… some of which aren’t due for release for a while yet.

In the foyer of the EICC building, gamers can play GameCubes and X-boxes or shoot some hoops (proving white kids can’t jump, let alone white men) before going down for their 2 hour gaming session.

EIEF are controlling the number of players at any one time and limiting everyone to 2 hour sessions to give everybody a chance to play every game in there as well as ensure that the event isn’t swamped with players all crowding the stands, hogging the games and not letting anyone else get a look in.

Here’s a quick look round the hall, with a more detailed look to come later:

Nintendo are out in force with Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

Loads of DSs on display with loads of games to play…

… and Donkey Kong: Jungle beat banging out a rhythm…

X-Box isn’t lacking in presence either… more to come on this…

EA are showing off Tiger Woods 2006 and Burnout 3: Takedown

IGUK are here with Scan and XFX, letting PC gamers play each other for prizes
