The download weighs in at under 4MB for the 64-bit version, and installation is painless. There's very little to do other than to click Next, I accept, Validate, Install and Finish. You will, of course, require a legitimate installation of Windows, and it'll be validated during the install.
Installation on our test system - admittedly powered by a quick Intel Core i7 920 processor and 6GB of DDR3 memory - took under a minute.
