Windows 8 was built for touch and online connectivity and with the InFocus BigTouch you can have the device that maximises that experience on a large scale. This feature enables BigTouch to be especially suitable for use in public areas i.e. as interactive information point in hotels or museums.

The high definition 1080p display and ease of use of BigTouch make it ideal for applications in the medical area for accessing and analyzing imaging information or for patient education and other patient care info.

Higher education, primary and secondary schools can benefit from BigTouch in administrative offices or in the classroom. Its bright, engaging display keeps students' attention and Windows 8 is intuitive and familiar for students, staff and IT to manage.

"BigTouch is the ideal solution for the Large Format Display (LFD) market. Each display has a built-in touch panel and an integrated Windows 8 PC, which make the BigTouch a price competitive all-in-one solution," says Michael Kuehn, General Manager InFocus EMEA. "Screens formats as large as 70 or 80 inches are planned and will follow soon."
