Conclusion
...average build quality and a lack of refinement prevents the V250 TG ARGB from living up to its billing. On paper, Thermaltake's V250 TG ARGB is a fine fit for a low-cost, eye-catching build brimming with fans and customisable lighting.
A full-size tempered glass window, transparent front fascia and three addressable RGB fans meet the brief, and whether you're putting together a basic work PC or a high-end gaming rig, there's enough room to house a capable system with ease.
Thermaltake should, then, have the basis of a solid all-rounder, but average build quality and a lack of refinement prevents the V250 TG ARGB from living up to its billing. The four pre-installed fans are noisier than we'd like, breakout PCIe covers aren't the most user friendly, and only one USB 3.0 port on a 2020 chassis is disappointing, even at the £70 price point.
Bottom line: it is easy to be dazzled by chassis adorned with glass and lighting, but don't be fooled, there are higher-quality cases readily available for similar money.
The Good The Bad Four bundled fans, three aRGB
Looks reasonably modern Only one USB 3.0 port
