Final thoughts and rating
Corsair's getting closer and closer to mid-tower perfection, and in some ways the Special Edition White Graphite Series 600T is its best effort yet.
Building on the success of the original 600T, this Special Edition model raises the bar with quicker fans, a windowed side panel with optional mesh insert, and an elegant white-on-black colour scheme that elevates the 600T aesthetics from sleek to stunning. Not bad for a mere £10 premium.
The Graphite Series design remains a joy to work with, there's plenty of room for high-end components, and the chassis is well laid out throughout - with particular attention paid to cable routing and unobstructed front-to-back airflow.
A must-buy chassis, then? Not quite, because the same amount of money could buy you Corsair's Obsidian 650D; a chassis with greater liquid-cooling potential, an integrated hot-swap SATA bay and an angular frame that's better suited to custom modifications.
Perhaps by chance, Corsair now has three excellent mid-range solutions that are each unique in their own way. The original Graphite 600T is the quietest of the lot, the Obsidian 650D best suits enthusiasts and liquid coolers, and the Special Edition White 600T slots in somewhere in between as an excellent air-cooled solution with jaw-dropping good looks.
Bottom line: don't underestimate the White 600T's charm, it's the best-looking mid-tower chassis we've ever tested and it's our pick of the bunch.
