Overclocking
The latest applications support automated overclocking for the RTX 3070 FE, raising the frequencies on both core and memory to a safe limit.
The fruit of such labour is an extra 4.4 percent at the most extreme setting.
Repeating advice from RTX 30-series editorial is sage here. Our suggestion would be to leave the card at its out-the-box frequencies. Overclocking provides limited benefit and can introduce instability.
In fact, if anything, the card is ripe for undervolting, as it produces high boost frequencies at just 0.85V.
