Though markedly lower than RTX 3080/90, having a 220W TDP isn't particularly frugal for a card built on 8nm. Overall power consumption, then, is middle of the pack.
That well-built cooling solution does a fine job at keeping temps in check.
Spinning at a maximum 1,700rpm, the fans are also pretty damn quiet. Top marks to Nvidia for industrial design and performance.
