DiRT Showdown may be lacking the realism of previous games in the DiRT series, but it offers stunning graphics, intense action and good ol' demolition derby events.
We've bumped up the quality settings from 'High' to 'Ultra' for this round of testing. Ultra invokes extra graphical hurt by calling for global illumination. The triple-slot monster matches two HD 7970s blow for blow at both resolutions.
Solid CrossFire scaling and AMD excellence for these quality presets mean that the Club3D HD 7990 is, by some margin, top dog in this title.
