XFX's card consumes a few more watts than other HD 7790s. It is more frugal than GTX 650 Tis. Don't get too hung-up on a watt or two, because even a Radeon HD 6870 can be powered by a 300W PSU.
Two fans make light work of temperatures.
And to XFX's credit, the card is very quiet when idling and under load.
