Overclocking

GeForce GTX 1050 Ti isn't likely to be the first choice among overclockers, yet that doesn't mean there isn't a good amount of frequency headroom. With no added voltage, we were easily able to add another 220MHz to the core, while the memory is only too happy to be raised to an effective 8Gbps.

Getting extra performance out of the card takes very little effort, and we can dispel rumours of the 14nm Samsung process limiting maximum frequency. During these tests, the Gaming X card sailed past 1,900MHz throughout the overclocked benchmarks.
