Despite Gigabyte's altered power profiles, battery life isn't exemplary. Our review sample managed to keep going for just over eight hours in our standard rundown test, and though such a return isn't bad for a high-performance 15.6in machine, we're not at the stage where we consider 10 hours to be a minimum.
