Review: Gigabyte Aero 15X (8th Gen)

Benchmarks: Temperature and Noise

Gigabyte's thermal configuration hasn't changed - Aero 15X still relies on a pair of fans attached to dual heatpipes - but we did notice that both the CPU and GPU ran a little hotter than the previous model. Heat wasn't too much of an issue - the laptop gets warm but not uncomfortably so - however noise can be bothersome. Aero 15X can be close to silent when idle, but the fans are immediately noticeable when the going gets tough.
