Benchmarks: System

PCMark Home is a system-wide benchmark that includes workloads such as web-browsing, photo editing and video chat, while PCMark Creative ups the ante with more challenging workloads such as video editing, media transcoding and light gaming. ThinkPad Yoga 260 might not be bleeding-edge in all regards, but the hardware combination of a latest-generation Core i7 processor, DDR4 memory and an SSD results in solid performance in both tests.

Multi-tasking is a breeze and we didn't run into any significant slowdowns during use. 3D gaming is the one item outside of the Yoga 260's remit, and multimedia professionals will struggle without a discrete graphics card, but for just about everything else system-wide performance is very decent.
