Benchmarks: power consumption

Power consumption is predictably close between all our tested configurations since MSI's Z170A Gaming M7 doesn't add many extra hardware controllers over the baseline Z170 platform that would consume extra juice. Overall system power draw is a little less than a Z97 motherboard of equivalent standing, suggesting some efficiency improvements on the CPU or chipset level.
