Conclusion

...the software borrows design cues from the likes of Qnap's QTS and Synology's DSM, resulting in an environment that's both familiar and easy to work with.

The Asustor AS6202T is a powerful and versatile NAS aimed at enthusiasts or small-business users. Armed with a quad-core Intel Celeron processor and 4GB of DDR3 memory, the £350 unit has the beating of most ARM-based alternatives in the benchmarks while keeping power consumption down to a comfortable level.

Said components are obvious candidates for a flagship dual-bay NAS and Asustor completes the package with a well-rounded ADM operating system. Intuitive to use and brimming with features, the software borrows design cues from the likes of Qnap's QTS and Synology's DSM, resulting in an environment that's both familiar and easy to work with.

Isn't that about 100ukp more than the 2-bay version of the QNAP x53A which tops most/all the benchmark tables? Seems wildly over-priced/under-performing compared to that.
