The lack of a factory overclock on the Core i7-8700K may prevent the One Elite from mixing it up with some of the larger desktops, but no bother, this remains a mighty CPU. Single-thread speed is good and with six physical cores multi-threaded performance has improved by as much as 45 per cent compared to last year's Corsair One Pro.
