Benchmarks: Power Consumption

Here's the first sign of a small quirk. Power consumption is right in line with expectations when the CPU or GPU are under load, but idle power draw is higher than we'd like. Intel SpeedStep is enabled, and Windows 10 is set to a balanced power plan, so further investigation is needed and PC Specialist should be able to bring down the 90W reading with a tweak here or there.
