"Extraordinary design, sophistication and image quality have defined Philips' Digital PhotoFrames," said Andy Mintz, senior vice president of marketing, Philips Consumer Electronics, North America. "These new models not only improve an already dynamic picture, but incorporate a variety of sizes that make these a perfect addition for any room in the home."
Philips' Digital PhotoFrame displays remove digital images from the confines of a PC or online library and allow these to be presented for everyone to view. New models leverage RadiantColor™, Philips' innovation that extends the color on the edges of a less-than-full-screen photo to the sides of the screen. This alleviates black bars as well as aspect ratio distortion to ensure the best viewing experience, adding new glow to your memories.
Philips' new Digital PhotoFrame displays, feature an enhanced "collage effect" which was introduced in Philips' 2007 Digital PhotoFrame product line. The new "Collage Effect" is easy and fun to use when you want to view multiple photos at once.
Downloading photos is easier than ever- Two memory card slots are built in, as well as a USB connector, for easy viewing and sharing. An intuitive on-screen menu manages images with a single click.
Philips' new range of Digital PhotoFrame displays also features SmartPower, a feature that will help users minimize the amount of power consumed by their Digital PhotoFrame display. Consumers can set the display for preset times for waking hours or heavy-use periods in rooms to conserve energy.
