Currys and PC World have launched a Christmas microsite - www.curryspcwgiftbuzz.co.uk - offering shoppers gift inspiration by revealing the most talked about tech on Twitter. Live from today, Tuesday 11th December, and running until Christmas Eve, the site reveals a real-time list of the top 10 gadget gifts being tweeted about.
Drawing data from popular social network Twitter, the Currys and PC World's ‘Gift Buzz' site is designed to inspire customers as they plan their Christmas shopping with just two weeks to go before the big day. Shoppers can access the site online and click on any of the top 10 products currently trending to see exactly what people are saying about the gadget they select.
The site was launched in the flagship Currys and PC World on Tottenham Court Road where customers were able to view the site on internet-connected Smart TVs in store as they shopped.
