Award-winning product design company Native Union today launches CLIC 360° - a stylish and lightweight case offering maximum protection for iPhone with minimal bulk. Outside, CLIC 360° features original British Millerain waxed canvas – the world’s premium waxed cotton - that is water-repellent, stain resistant and durable. Inside, an internal 3D rubber mesh works together with the shock absorbing screen bumper to absorb and disperse energy away from your iPhone if dropped, giving it 360° protection.
NATIVE UNION collaborated with material experts British Millerain to create a custom fabric to line the outside of CLIC 360°, presented in a range of seasonal colours. Famously durable, British Millerain waxed canvas is stain-resistant and water repellent. Its traditional waxed finish will wear over time to give a unique vintage look.

When designing the protective element of CLIC 360°, NATIVE UNION’s in-house design team looked to the shoe industry for inspiration and a pioneering new polymer technology. By applying the same manufacturing techniques, they were able to create an internal 3D rubber mesh capable of absorbing and dissipating energy on impact, without adding unnecessary bulk. For full 360° protection, NATIVE UNION paired this with an over-molded, shock absorbing bumper for the screen to prevent it shattering if dropped.
Fabien Nauroy, Head of Design at Native Union, comments, “With our smartphone’s increasing in size (and expense) coupled with our on-the-go lifestyles, finding a case that protects your phone from drops is becoming more and more of a priority. The problem is most rugged cases are bulky and ugly. CLIC 360° on the other hand, gives your iPhone all the protection of a rugged case in a refined and slim design. For further peace of mind, we took it through rigorous military drop testing and it exceeded all certified standards.”
CLIC 360° is available for iPhone 6 and 6 Plus in five seasonal colours: Marsala, Midnight Blue, Champagne, Moss Green and Charcoal.
