Four player build-offs
Majesco Entertainment Company has confirmed that they are developing Our House, a title that will allow gamers to build, design and decorate their own home and share them with others in an online neighbourhood.Developer Budcat Creations, who worked alongside EA on the Wii version of Medal of Honor Vanguard, will be fully in charge of this project and believe that Our House will be a unique title on Nintendo’s console.
“Few things are as exciting as building and personalizing a home of your own, and only the innovative Wii Remote makes it possible to hammer every nail and paint every wall,” said John Merchant, Marketing Manager, Majesco Europe. “We believe Our House’s combination of unique subject matter, endless creativity and competitive multiplayer fun will resonate with players of all ages.”
Our House will feature deep customisation options and through gathering raw materials from the store, we’ll be using the Wii-mote to hammer, paint, saw, tile and conduct other chores around the house.
According to the press release, “four-player “build-offs” will encourage social play while Wii Connect 24 lets players share their creations with friends via the literal community-building feature of Neighborhood Mode.
It sounds as though Our House is another Wii game that needs to be played with family or friends to really get the best out of it. No screenshots have been released as yet, but check out this short list of features:
