Nokia has officially unveiled the Lumia 625 smartphone. This new smartphone is heralded by Nokia as "Fun, Fast and Affordable". It packs a large 4.7-inch super sensitive screen, 4G network access, a 1.2GHz dual-core processor and supports micro-SD cards up to 64GB in size. As you have come to expect from Nokia, it will be made available in several bright colours, with a choice of five (orange, yellow, bright green, white and black) interchangeable shells.

Jo Harlow, executive vice president, Nokia Smart Devices, said "With our largest smartphone screen to date, the Nokia Lumia 625 is a perfect example of how Nokia is delivering leading smartphone innovation and experiences at every price point." The official Nokia blog says the Lumia 625 with its large screen and 4G connectivity will "bring a premium entertainment and communication experience at a very affordable price".

Probably to allow you to use the device when wearing gloves
Bit confused by the screen size and 201PPI, assuming 16:9 ratio it gives 463 x 820 pixels, or assuming 16:10 ratio it gives 500 x 800 pixels….hmmm

What about if its using Pentile?
Have read 800 x 480: not the best for sure but if its sub 200 quid for a 4G phone, it's looks decent kit
