-AMD processors chosen "Product of the Year" four years in a row-

MUNICH, GERMANY-MARCH 10, 2003-AMD (NYSE: AMD) today announced that readers of PC Magazine Germany named the AMD Athlon(tm) XP processor "Product of the Year 2002/2003." This is the fourth consecutive year that a product from the AMD Athlon processor family has received this Readers' Choice Award.
Readers of PC Magazine Germany also chose AMD and the AMD Athlon XP processor for second place in the "Most Innovative Company and "Most Innovative" Product" categories, respectively, behind Microsoft Corporation and the Microsoft® Windows® XP operating system.
