Kingston Technology’s HyperX gaming brand has used the CES 2018 as a platform to expand its range of high performance PC gaming gear. Among the goodies on show today are the company’s first wireless gaming headset, the HyperX Cloud Flight. Additionally there is an expanded suite of RGB gaming peripherals including the HyperX Alloy Elite RGB mechanical keyboard and a new HyperX Pulsefire Surge RGB gaming mouse.

HyperX Cloud Flight Wireless Headset

As mentioned in the intro the HyperX Cloud Flight is the firm’s first wireless headset. It handily tackles battery stamina anxiety directly with its claimed “longest battery life available in the gaming market today,” of approx 30 hours. Elsewhere this closed cup design features 90 degree rotating ear cups, and 50mm drivers.

The headset is TeamSpeak and Discord certified and includes a detachable noise-cancelling microphone. Quick access controls on the headset allow for LED effects, mic mute, power, and volume adjustments. If you don’t want to go wireless (2.4GHz) for some reason there’s an optional three-pole analogue audio connection. The headset is PC, PS4 and PS4 Pro ready.
