Conclusion

...hallmarks of the SG model are a bundled rear 'Booster' fan, a proliferation of RGB, and a thinner width than many other RTX 3080s.

Each partner has its own vision on how to best construct cards based on Nvidia's RTX 30-series GPUs. The designs are necessarily beefy for the 3080 and 3090 models as power budgets have escalated from 270W to 320-370W on the newest boards.

KFA2 tackles the RTX cooling problem by employing solid heatsink design on a shortened PCB. Even so, the RTX 3080 SG measures over 12in long and takes up the best part of three slots, which is consistent with everyone else.

Key hallmarks of the SG model are a bundled rear 'Booster' fan, a proliferation of RGB, and a thinner width than many other RTX 3080s. On the downside, however, the card isn't overclocked out of the box, it's noisier than we'd like, and the two-year warranty is parsimonious at this elevated price point.

There's no perfect RTX 3080 thus far. KFA2 prioritises particular looks and cooling above noise and refinement. With the huge assumption that you can find it in-stock at the prescribed £720 price point, it's worth a punt if you're a fan of KFA2's style, but our money would be on a more rounded solution from the likes of Asus or MSI.

The Good

The Bad
Solid build quality
Normal card height
Lots of RGB (if it's your thing)

Not OC'd out the box
Two-year warranty
What's Your Game branding
Noisier than competition

you should add daz3d to benchmark's and enable RT core's in iray, while this is the best benchmark scene which is free https://www.versluis.com/2019/03/daz-studio-test-scene-share-your-iray-render-speeds/ as it also does bridgeless SLI through optix when using iray as the renderer

secret's of the world, and find the right licence, and it will cost £100 for infinite game characters with all new bridges for maya, c4d, blender etc using simtenero randomizer
“Not OC'd out the box”

Ehhh nah that's probably a good point for me nowadays. The amount of cards both AMD and Nvidia that are OC's out of the box that arent even stable… Nah I just want a card that works.
