The All-in-One houses an Nvidia Tegra 3 quad-core and a 3rd generation Intel Core processor allowing it to alternate between Windows 8 and Android on the fly.

Looks cool :-)
Misleading summary promises full-fledged x86 Windows 8 powered by ARM SoC, which of course is impossible as ARM simply isn't x86 instruction set capable. Instead, we're given a video preview of a device that has a hardware button enabling switching between x86 Windows 8 using docking station's i3-i7 Intel CPU and Android using tablet's Nvidia Tegra 3 SoC while docked, and only allows for Android with a WiFi connection to the x86 part when undocked. Hardly the same thing!
Nice!!
If I had x86 intel inside, I wouldn't need to bother with android. Maybe a few fun apps but otherwise it's a feature that just adds to the cost but not the functionality (it's not like this thing makes phone calls).
