Challenger Prime RGB Membrane Combo bundle launched at $64.99.

If you're a fan of gaming peripherals outfitted with RGB backlighting, you may have found that cost is the most obvious obstacle. Prices for such hardware can typically start at around $100 US, but Thermaltake subsidiary Tt eSports is hoping to break down such barriers with the launch of the Challenger Prime RGB Membrane Combo.

The bundled duo were launched at CES 2016 and are available to purchase at a cost of $64.99. To the delight of anyone who hasn't yet grasped mechanical keys, the included keyboard is of the membrane variety and offers half-a-dozen dedicated macro keys, a fixed wrist rest, full RGB backlight and 18-key anti-ghosting.

Tt eSports' accompanying mouse is armed with a Avago 3050 optical sensor capable of tracking at up to 3,200 DPI and, once again, a full RGB backlight. Both wired peripherals offer only single-zone illumination, but there are plenty of effects to choose from and, well, what more could you want for $64.99?
