Following on from the success of the groundbreaking TVMax+ product, still the fastest way to get your video iTunes ready, and designed exclusively for your Mac, this Apple remote sized device is an innovative way of saving video for your iPod Video or Apple TV.
Critically just as with TVMax+, the VideoExpress frees up the processor on your Mac while video encoding is underway, leaving you free to carry on other tasks uninterrupted. VideoExpress will encode into h.264 video up to 5x faster than real time export.
While most software 'format converters' available take as long as 3 hours to encode 60 minutes of your favourite TV or movie footage, VideoExpress takes as little as 36 minutes. This elegant device delivers the same quality as DVD Video and uses less than 50% of the storage space than other solutions. Video Express ships with a simple 'drag and drop' interface application that only requires you to pick the destination and the quality, for example 'iPod High Quality'. In addition there is a separate QuickTime plugin that allows you to export from your favourite Mac application and use the benefits of the Video Express accelerator for best performance.
