After plenty of conjecture and hype, Project Scorpio this week became the Xbox One X. Dubbed the world's most powerful console and designed with 4K gaming in mind, Microsoft's latest Xbox will arrive on November 7 priced at £449.
A hefty sum for a games console, but Xbox One X does pack a powerful AMD SoC touting an eight-core CPU clocked at 2.3GHz and a GPU pushing six teraflops. That's joined by a massive 12GB of GDDR5 memory, a 1TB hard drive and a 4K Blu-ray drive. Not bad going for a form factor that's a fraction smaller than the current Xbox One S.
The hardware is impressive, but the price is a hurdle and the catalogue of 4K games is only just getting started. But given what you've seen thus far, let us gauge consumer reaction by asking: will you be buying an Xbox One X? Share your thoughts using the comments facility below.
