Rockstar has today released a trophy patch for Grand Theft Auto IV on PS3, allowing gamers to unlock over 50 achievements.

Apart from a PS3 exclusive achievement called 'Taking a Liberty' which unlocks a Platinum trophy, the achievements mirror those found in the Xbox 360 version

The bad news for PS3 gamers, or good news depending on which way you look at it, is that the achievements are not retroactive, in otherwords you'll have to play through Grand Theft Auto IV again to unlock some of them,specifically the main missions.
