Draw your own super hero
Based on solid sales of the DS version, THQ president Brian Farrell has confirmed that the unique draw-your-own hero game, Drawn to Life is under development for Wii.THQ’s latest third quarter financial results reported strong sales of $509.6 million, spurred on by sales of WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2008 (5 million units shipped) and MX vs. ATV Untamed.
THQ'sr DS sales also make for happy reading and for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2007, their revenue grew in this area by 94% year-over-year, aided by the launch of Drawn to Life.
Drawn to Life is an adventure/platform game developed by 5TH Cell. The game is known for letting players create their own playable characters, level objects and accessories by drawing them using the DS's stylus and touch screen and is aimed at a younger audience.
A release date has yet to be confirmed.
