CREATE, PLAY, SHARE

And then - as if you haven't got enough replay value already - you can access all the user-created levels carried over from LittleBigPlanet – approximately 3 million of them in total. Or you can jump into the brilliant Create Mode yourself and let your own imagination run wild, creating your own cut-scenes and games – in any genre – with the expansive toolset. If there’s one critisim that I have, it’s that the tutorials aren’t in depth enough. There are some miraculous things you can do with the toolset - you only have to look at some of the user created levels to see that - but I’ve found it quite difficult to get to grips with creating anything other than a fairly basic level; though perhaps this comes with more time and commitment.

Nonetheless, small gripes aside, LBP2 is a truly stunning game with a single player game that is worth the money alone. When you throw into the equation the immense replay value gained from searching for collectibles and trying to ace levels, as well as the co-op feature, and then the sheer amount of user-created levels to explore, it’s quite astounding. In the words of Sony, go "Create", "Play" and "Share!" You'll have an absolute blast.

hmmmmmm …. its sounds great!
it’s quite astounding. I've never rated any game 100%, but in this particular genre LittleBigPlanet 2 almost reaches those heady heights of gaming perfection.

98% seems pretty close though, may have to check this out.
remember those game creating game you used to be able to buy around the time C&C was kingof the retail shelves, is this like that but +15 years?

seems a huge step up from LBP1 so leaves
The award-winning franchise returns to PlayStation 3, but with over 3 million user-created levels already available in the first game, does LittleBigPlanet really need a sequel?
a bit “yes, of course it does”.
