Looking for the ultimate HTPC chassis? SilverStone may well have the answer with its Crown series.

So we've seen LCD screens incorporated into chassis before. This time, however, SilverStone has added a 1080p-capable screen in to the flagship CW03 chassis.

Time for a closer look, methinks.

You can guesstimate the resolution by looking at just how small the fonts are on the picture above. Indeed, the screen is more than full-HD, with a 1920x1200 native resolution, so just slap a Blu-ray or HD DVD drive in and watch video in all its high-definition glory, albeit on the rather small Hitachi-supplied 7in TFT

. The screen is also touch-sensitive and provides is a digital-pen function under Windows Vista. iMedian and FrontView software is included to make the most of the screen's capabilities, we note. There's also a bundled remote-control and, as usual, the seemingly bulletproof build quality that SilverStone is synonymous with.

Inside, the micro-ATX chassis supports six hard drives and an extra-long graphics card (up to 11.25in). There's also room for a couple of 5.25in bays, The unit is equipped with four low-speed 80mm fans fpr cooling purposes.

The ouch comes with the price, with a suggested RRP of $699 for the chassis and LCD alone.

Few spelling mistakes / grammar slips there.
