LG has taken the wraps off a trio of new gaming monitors at IFA 2019. The new monitors join its 1ms UltraGear range and all offer some level of compatibility with Nvidia G-Sync tech. Two new 27-inch models join the UltraGear range and there is a new 38-inch model too.

One thing all the new UltraGear monitors have in common is the 1ms IPS Gray-to-Gray (GTG) response times, fast refresh rates, some level of Nvidia G-Sync certification, three-sided 'borderless' designs, tilt and pivot adjustable stands, and their port selection. The more expensive pair of monitors use LG's Nano-IPS rather than a standard IPS panel and thus they boast improved colour reproduction, covering 98 per cent of the DCI-P3 colour space. Checking the online specs I'm sure the 'Nvidia G-Sync Compatible' pair are AMD FreeSync compatible too.
Another aspect of the designs which will benefit all consumers is the range of gaming-specific options built-into these monitors. Users can take advantage of features such as Dynamic Action Sync mode (minimising input lag), Black Stabiliser (see things lurking in the shadows), plus Crosshair overlays (better aim).
Checking over LG's UltraGear product pages, it now appears to have 27 models in the range.
