Conclusion

...the Corsair H100i Pro RGB is quiet, easy to get along with and comfortably able to cool an overclocked CPU.

One of the biggest complaints aimed at earlier Hydro Series coolers was noise. Responding to customer feedback, the 2018 Pro RGB Series rectifies earlier shortcomings through a new-and-improved pump and magnetic levitation fans that combine to create a noticeably quieter user experience.

Now available in a popular 240mm flavour, the £110 H100i Pro RGB offers good performance in a widely compatible form factor, customisable pump lighting that synchronises with other Corsair gear via iCUE, simple installation, and the peace of mind of a five-year warranty.

This is, in our estimation, Corsair's best 240mm solution to date, yet having led the way in all-in-one solutions, the manufacturer is now playing catch-up to a growing range of fashionable competitors whose pump designs are more imaginative.

Bottom line: it might not be the prettiest, but the Corsair H100i Pro RGB is quiet, easy to get along with and comfortably able to cool an overclocked CPU.

As much as I like the Corsair ecosystem when it comes to cases, memory, keyboards & mice, I really do think their Headsets & AIO coolers are somewhat overrated & overpriced.

I'm only a fan of their cases, keyboards, RAM and coolers personally. The headsets, mice and headset don't do it for me.
I've got a H110. Pump is a little rattly, but seems otherwise seems fine. Was under £100 in 2014, plug it in, turn it on, keeps my 5930K very cool. Should really overclock it now!
Still got a donkey old H50 in my work rig. Never missed a beat in over 5 years in this installation
Well, I just hope the none RGB versions get a price drop.
