Tired of playing the same old games on the same old hardware? Then here's one for your diaries: Scan Computers is hosting an exclusive Nvidia gaming event on Saturday, June 6, that promises to be chock-full of festivities for all you gaming aficionados.

The Summer Gaming Event kicks off at 10am on the day and will include gaming tournaments (with prizes, of course), a cosplay fancy-dress competition, free food and drink, plus Nvidia product demonstrations. It's a great way to try new hardware you're thinking of buying, and who knows, there may even be hands-on demos of the fabled GeForce GTX 980 Ti.

Need even more incentive? Then how about this: the first 250 people to pre-register for the event will receive three free games on arrival - including Batman: Arkham Knight and Dying Light. Event information and a registration form are available over at the Scan Computers website, so hit the link for all the details: Nvidia Summer Gaming Event.

Want a lift? :)
About 25 minutes for me to get there, wonder what time i would need to appear to be in the first 250?

On that thought… I won't bother, free stuff attracts, free stuff hunters.
5 hours each way without traffic or stopping……think I'll pass.

We really need more motorway in the South-West, we might actually get a decent sized computer store down here then :(
