The Microsoft Outlook add-on that offers effortless email management
Here at HEXUS, we're quite fond of Xobni, the free add-on for Microsoft Outlook that provides fast email search, automatic phone number discovery, threaded conversations, and plenty more.
Earlier this year, we teamed up with Xobni to give away 50 invitations to the then closed beta. Now, that closed beta has turned public and Xobni is available to all.

We will continue to work hard to improve the Xobni experience. Xobni has done a lot to improve our users’ email lives, but email and personal information still have a long way to go. Xobni and its users still have a long way to go, and we wouldn’t want it any other way."

Personally, I've found the threaded conversations to be a blessing and the e-mail analytics are a good bit of fun. The phone number extraction needs a bit of work, but for a free free add-on, Xobni does a stellar job.
