The first Western title that will allow you to use your Nintendo DS in conjunction with Wii is coming straight out of Ubisoft's casual game collection. The game in question is 'My Word Coach', a title from the 'My Coach' series of games. According to Ubisoft, the "My Coach" series of games will allow players to improve themselves and learn in an interactive and stimulating way. Word Coach will help players improve their verbal communication and vocabulary in a fun way.

Word Coach will be available both of the Nintendo DS and Wii, but gamers who buy the Wii version will be able to use their DS in conjunction with the console and write their answers on the touch screen, without having to purchase the cartridge for the DS.

Hopefully the integration with the DS will extend further than Ubisoft's casual game's business, but its' a start. My Word Coach is due for release in the Autumn 2007.
